Tender chicken/lamb pieces marinated in a typical blend of special Nepalese herbs, spices
& yoghurt, then char-grilled in our Tandoori oven. Served on a sizzler.
Our own Nepalese version of Chicken Korma, cooked in a sweet sauce of
lemon grass, curry leaves, mustard seeds and a hint of nut.
Chicken or lamb cooked in a very traditional Nepalese sauce. A beautifully authentic, and flavoursome curry. Medium spiced.
Kathmandu Chilli Chicken/Paneer
Battered chicken or paneer cubes stir-fried with sweet onions, peppers, chillies, ginger & garlic. A sweet and spicy treat.
A famous Himalayan dish. Hot chicken or lamb cooked with seventeen different
herbs and spices, balanced with a touch of coconut milk.
Prawns cooked in a delightful blend of onions, green chillies, curry leaves,
tamarind & coconut milk. A mildly spicy, mouth watering treat.
A tingling combination of king prawns in a sauce of tomatoes, chillies, onions, spices, finished with a
refreshing squeeze of lemon. Guaranteed to tingle even the most tired taste buds. Medium spicy.
